About

City of Vincent is seeking experienced electric vehicle (EV) charging providers to install, operate and maintain public EV charging infrastructure across its car park portfolio to expand access to public charging and support EV uptake while providing solutions for different parking durations and user needs across activity centres, recreation precincts and community destinations. The City invites suitably qualified proponents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to license car parking bays within any of the 13 car parks listed in the attached EOI document; the EOI closes at 2pm (WST) on Monday 19 October 2026 (Reference number: VP525253).

This opportunity suits experienced EV charging operators able to license and manage charging bays across multiple sites; key considerations include delivering installation, ongoing operation and maintenance tailored to varied parking durations and user types across the City’s activity centres, recreation precincts and community destinations, and meeting the strict EOI deadline of 2pm WST on 19 October 2026.
