Blacktown City Council is seeking a supplier for cleaning services across council facilities on a regular and as-needed basis. The scope includes general regular cleaning, periodic deep cleaning and any additional or ad-hoc cleaning required for facilities such as libraries, Kids Early Learning (KEL), community hubs, neighbourhood centres, Sargents centre, youth centres, administrative buildings and amenities, with full details provided in the RFT package. Services must be delivered in accordance with the tasks set out in Annexure B.2 Cleaning Scope Schedule, and operation days and hours are specified in Annexure B.1 - Site Specific requirements.
