City Parklands Services (Brisbane City) is seeking a supplier for cleaning services across Roma Street Parkland and other public parklands, amenities and event precincts in Brisbane. The contract covers routine cleaning of public amenities, facilities and parkland assets; cleaning and presentation services for events and activations; waste management and recycling for event operations; and supply and management of specified consumables. Respondents may tender for Category 1 – Core Cleaning Services, Category 2 – Event Cleaning Services, or both categories. Important dates and requirements include the tender opening on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 8am AEST, a mandatory site inspection on Friday 18 September 2026, issuance of Attachment 3 (Draft Master Services Agreement) via addendum before COB Friday 18 September 2026, and electronic lodgement of all submissions before the closing date and time specified in the tender documents; tender documentation is available via the electronic tender portal.
