The City of Clarence is seeking a supplier to prepare a Coastal Adaptation Plan (CAP) for the Cremorne coastal area, covering Cremorne Beach and the Cremorne foreshore of Pipe Clay Lagoon. The CAP must be prepared in accordance with the Council's adopted Coastal Hazards Policy and contemporary best-practice coastal adaptation planning principles, using existing technical assessments and planning work completed for Pipe Clay Lagoon and undertaking a contemporary coastal hazard assessment for Cremorne Beach to establish a consistent evidence base across the study area, with the final output a single integrated Coastal Adaptation Plan.
