About

Council is seeking a supplier for a robust community engagement program to inform the preparation of a Local Area Plan (LAP). The program must build community understanding of the LAP, housing targets and other contextual matters; capture local knowledge and identify community and stakeholder needs, aspirations and preferences across the whole Council and on a township-by-township basis to inform a draft LAP prepared by Council staff; engage a broad cross-section of the community including elected members, local stakeholders and underrepresented populations; undertake formal engagement on the draft LAP; analyse engagement findings; and provide engagement reports as necessary.
