About

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to construct a shared pathway along the north side of Emu Mtn Road, Peregian from Old Emu Mtn Rd to the David Low Way. The approximately 900 linear metre scope includes concrete pathway construction and an elevated boardwalk, stormwater works, signage and line marking, guardrail supply and installation, supply and installation of precast islands, public utility alterations, and associated environmental, cultural heritage and WH&S management, with work to be coordinated with TMR in a TMR corridor in accordance with TMR approvals; Council will appoint a Certifying Engineer as required by the TMR conditional approval.
