Tender: Creative Producer Services (STEAM) to Activate Bradfield City’s First Building — 2026–2028

BDA is seeking a Western Sydney arts organisation to deliver Creative Producer services connecting STEM and the Arts (STEAM) to activate Bradfield City’s First Building and meet Attachment D objectives. The provider will develop an engagement plan for people aged 18–24 and deliver STEAM activities over two years: Year 1 — five programs and one event (June–December 2027); Year 2 — 10 programs and one event (January–November 2028). Organisations must demonstrate inclusive programming, public program delivery, operational and project management, stakeholder collaboration, risk and budget control, and marketing capability. The role requires nominating a part-time lead who will work onsite weekly, submit concepts and budgets, manage artists and agreements, handle site constraints, schedules, logistics, suppliers, risks, promotion, reporting and video documentation, and provide mentoring, skills and participation pathways for young Western Sydney creatives. Management and governance responsibilities include attending fortnightly meetings, maintaining records, completing event, risk and WHS documents, managing inductions and payment plans, and coordinating with First Building Operations, Communications and Engagement, Events, WHS and property management teams.
