Bayside Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified contractors to demolish the existing Le Beach Hut and Dolls Point Café and construct a new restaurant, kiosk and public amenities building at 179 Russell Avenue, Dolls Point NSW (Lot 67–70 on Deposited Plan 2237 within the Peter Depena Reserve). The Le Beach Hut was constructed in the 1950s.
