About
The Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) is seeking a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to deliver design and construction of a new work base at Canungra, comprising one 24 m x 12 m shed with a 4 m cantilevered awning and one 16 m x 8 m office accommodating 13 desk spaces, a kitchen, bathroom and meeting room, and including all service connections, driveways, car parks, fencing and soft scaping. This is a Prequalification (PQC) System project (Procurement system contract category: Design and Construct – Single Stage; Service category: New Construction Work / Addition; Project type: Low rise).
