About

City of Belmont (Western Australia) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Consultant to provide full design and documentation services for the redevelopment of Zone 4 of the Wilson Park Precinct, known as the Kooyong Road Activity Centre Upgrade. The site is located at Kooyong Road, Rivervale (between Franciso Street and Campbell Street) and the project area includes the public realm along Kooyong Road Activity Centre, Jupp Lane, Gerring Court and the retention basin on the corner of Kooyong Road and Campbell Street. The consultant must consider a sequenced approach from concept design, development of a business case, council approval, detailed design development, contractor procurement and construction technical support; superintendency and contract administration are excluded from the scope.
