About

CQUniversity (CQU) is seeking a contractor to design and construct a Student Recreation Space within Building ROK034 by converting two existing teaching spaces (Rooms G.08 and G.10) into a single informal student social and relaxation area as part of the Rockhampton TAFE Excellence Precinct Project. The work will be delivered under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract AS4902-2000 (Amended); CQU has provided concept drawings as the basis for further design development and the successful contractor must develop the design through to construction documentation in accordance with CQU’s Design Standards Manual v29 and be responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals.
