About

Transport Asset Manager (TAM) is seeking an experienced operator to design, deliver and operate an immersive visitor experience within Sydney's historic St James Tunnels in the CBD. The role includes tour development and delivery, visitor operations, ticketing, marketing and promotion, customer experience management, any required capital works, development of ancillary products and ongoing growth of the attraction, with responsibility for delivering a safe, high-quality and commercially sustainable visitor experience that celebrates the site's heritage and enhances Sydney's tourism offering.

This opportunity could suit experienced tourism or heritage attraction operators with capabilities in tour development, visitor operations, ticketing, marketing and managing capital works.
