City of Busselton is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to design, reconstruct and resurface a 1.62 km section of College Avenue in Busselton. The existing pavement has asphalt surfacing with notable deterioration that requires a combination of reconstruction and resurfacing; the road is urban with high traffic volumes and all works will be conducted at night to minimise disruption. The tender requires a concept design, reconstruction methodology and a durable surfacing solution able to withstand sustained traffic loading for a minimum 30-year design life.
