Tender breakdown
From 8 documentsTime-critical delivery: Council states adherence to the proposed timeline and milestone dates is critical; design completion anticipated 11 Dec 2026 and other WUC completion dates referenced—ensure proposed program meets these and includes week-by-week breakdown
Design must allow ongoing landfill operations unimpeded during construction—site is constrained by existing infrastructure and neighbouring mining facilities
Multiple mandatory management plans (EMP, BRMP, ESCP, Cultural Heritage plan) must be prepared and Superintendent approval obtained prior to commencing WUC; failure to obtain approvals halts work (hold points)
