Dept of the Environ, Tourism, Science and Innov is seeking a supplier to plan, design, construct, deliver and install four persons-with-disability (PWD) compliant prefabricated portable modular buildings and associated infrastructure for the Powrunna (now Dhuny Yumba (Home of the Wombat) National Park (scientific)) Operations Base to provide long-term functionality, durability and accessibility for management and research purposes. The required solution must deliver all-weather unsealed trafficable site access, an accommodation hub of three prefabricated portable modular buildings with deck, fly-over roof and rainwater tanks, an office and laboratory in one prefabricated portable modular building with a rainwater tank, connections to services and utilities, irrigated site landscaping, and wildlife protection perimeter fencing.
