NSW Police Force is seeking a supplier for a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) and associated services to support its enterprise systems transformation. This expression of interest is a market-sounding exercise to understand available DAP solutions, services and delivery models; assess functional, technical and security alignment with the NSWPF environment; evaluate supplier capability, experience and implementation approaches; explore licensing, support and commercial models; assess scalability across other NSWPF enterprise applications; and obtain indicative pricing to support business case development, funding and future procurement planning. The scope includes a DAP solution to support SAP S4/HANA with capability to expand to other NSWPF enterprise applications over time, and services may include implementation and configuration, system integration, development of in-application guidance and learning content, training and knowledge transfer, change and adoption support, and ongoing support and maintenance.
