All customer notification duties rest with contractor for planned shutdowns: notification cards delivered 7 clear days prior and all enquiries must be fielded and reported to YVW Project Manager.

High risk shutdowns are managed by YVW; contractor must liaise but must not operate valves on high risk shutdowns unless directed by YVW.
