Detailed electrical and communications design services are sought for the Base Station and Mid Station facilities at the Jindabyne Mountain Bike and Adventure Park. The scope includes site investigations and preparation of design documentation progressing from concept development through detailed design to Issued for Construction documentation, prepared in accordance with Australian standards and authority requirements including Essential Energy. The consultant will calculate maximum electrical demand, assess connection and substation options, prepare approval documentation, address environmental and site constraints, participate in design review workshops, and provide capital construction cost estimates. The successful tenderer may also be required to respond to Requests for Information during the construction phase and provide limited construction-phase support services.

This opportunity is suited to electrical and communications engineering consultancies experienced in preparing detailed and Issued for Construction documentation and coordinating with power authorities (such as Essential Energy). Key considerations include strict compliance with Australian standards and authority requirements, managing environmental and site constraints, delivering accurate demand calculations and cost estimates, and readiness to respond to RFIs and provide limited construction support.
