Mount Barker District Council is seeking a supplier for electrical installation and maintenance services within the Mount Barker District Council local government area. The work includes general electrical maintenance, emergency responses and electrical installations to council-owned assets, buildings and facilities, and will also be required at the premises of the Council’s subsidiary GMB Water and, where suitable based on individual needs, at premises of its Commonwealth Home Support Program residents. The Council intends to enter into an Agreement with the successful tenderer for an initial term of three years with an option to extend for a further year; the package is designed for low to medium value works and the Council reserves the right to procure larger planned or project works by alternative means.
