The Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a supplier to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing counselling and support services to employees of the Department and Corrective Services NSW and their immediate family members. The services required include confidential counselling via multiple accessible channels, timely critical incident support including psychological first aid and counselling, workforce support such as mediation, facilitated discussions, wellbeing checks and manager support, training and capability-building on wellbeing, mental health awareness, resilience, psychological safety and leadership, and regular and ad hoc reporting on service utilisation and trends while maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Services must be accessible across metropolitan, regional and remote locations and responsive to the diverse needs of the workforce, including Aboriginal employees, culturally and linguistically diverse employees and individuals with additional needs, including those who are neurodiverse.
