About

The Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) is seeking developers, investors and consortia with capital and industrial property or innovation precinct delivery expertise to master plan, develop, operate and own a 6.7-hectare Enterprise Precinct in Bradfield City, Australia’s first new city in more than 100 years. Respondents are expected to work collaboratively with BDA to attract and curate a diverse occupier ecosystem of blue‑chip organisations, established businesses, SMEs and emerging companies across Bradfield City’s target sectors— aerospace, clean technology, construction, defence, education and research, and freight and logistics technologies—while adopting a long-term, commercially aligned partnership model with Government. BDA intends to appoint a single development partner (which may be a consortium) and this EOI is the first stage of a two-stage transaction that may shortlist respondents to a Request for Proposal.
