About

City of Tea Tree Gully is seeking contractors to establish a Building Maintenance Standing Offer panel to undertake building maintenance on Council-owned premises and land. The panel is intended to ensure Council facilities are safe and maintained to a high standard, provide a streamlined process for engaging contractors that achieves value for money, and enable efficient delivery of works by contractors who meet Council requirements for WHS understanding, licences, insurances, skills, capacity and capability. The panel will include a select number of preferred contractors to enhance business efficiency and foster meaningful business relationships.
