The Department is seeking to establish a panel arrangement comprising suitably qualified organisations and individuals to provide Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and support services. The panel will support the Department's administration of HTA activities, including work associated with advisory committees and programs that assess the safety, clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of health technologies for potential public funding and reimbursement. Successful tenderers will enter into a Deed of Standing Offer and may be engaged as required during the term of the arrangement, with the Department not guaranteeing any minimum volume of work. Services will help support the Department's work associated with the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, Medicare Benefits Schedule, National Immunisation Program, the Prescribed List and other HTA activities.
