The Town of Gawler is seeking businesses, organisations and service providers to submit expressions of interest to explore the future use, occupation, management or operation of the Business Innovation Hub located on Level 1 of the Gawler Civic Centre. Council welcomes a broad range of proposals, including commercial uses, business and economic development initiatives, partnerships, alternative operating models and other innovative uses that deliver financial, economic and/or community benefits. This EOI is an exploratory, non-binding process intended to test market interest and inform Council’s future decision-making; no decision has been made regarding the long-term use of the space.
