Premier's Department, in conjunction with Government House Sydney, is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of event and guest hospitality services. The department is inviting hospitality service providers with experience delivering professionally trained personnel for premium venues, government functions and other high-profile events to provide information on their capability. Expected future services include provision of supervisors, waitstaff, beverage staff and related hospitality personnel to support official functions, ceremonial events and community engagements at Government House Sydney. This EOI will assess market capability, experience, workforce capacity and service delivery models to inform the development of final service requirements and procurement documentation for a subsequent Request for Tender; a detailed Scope of Services will not be issued as part of this EOI and may be refined after evaluation of responses.
