The department is seeking a supplier to provide end-to-end Facilities Emergency Management services across approximately 70 departmental locations nationally. Services include development, review and maintenance of Emergency Management Plans and evacuation diagrams; establishment and maintenance of Emergency Control Organisation documentation and records; delivery of emergency management training, awareness programs and exercises; provision of specialist emergency management advice and regulatory compliance support; maintenance of emergency management records and reporting; monitoring and reporting against service delivery requirements and performance measures; support for compliance with AS 3745:2010 and applicable Commonwealth, state and territory legislative requirements; and provision and maintenance of a secure, centralised emergency management portal to support document management, compliance monitoring, reporting and national oversight. The successful supplier must be capable of accommodating additions, removals and changes to site requirements as the department's property portfolio changes over time.
