EPA is seeking a supplier for specialist services to remove and lawfully dispose of large or hazardous flood debris from private rural land. The scope includes providing appropriate equipment and suitably qualified personnel for land-based clean-up; collection, transport and disposal at approved waste facilities with disposal records (waste dockets, tonnages and waste types) provided to the EPA; holding all required licences, permits, certifications and insurances; geospatial capability to record, map, track and report debris locations, property status and project progress with before-and-after photographs; regular project reporting, progress updates and invoicing; demonstrated stakeholder engagement including coordinating site inspections, liaising with landholders, communications, site handover and close-out; and appropriate supervision, project management and participation in regular project meetings. The supplier must deliver works continuously and efficiently until the EPA determines all identified debris posing a risk has been removed from approved sites.
