MidCoast Council is seeking a supplier for refurbishment of the Forster Sewage Treatment Plant Administration Building at Sweet Pea Road, Forster 2428. The project scope includes removal of redundant laboratory equipment (fume cupboards), removal of redundant extraction fan systems, removal of redundant ducted air-conditioning, removal and patching of internal roof vents, removal and replacement of external roof sheeting, gutters, flashings and downpipes, removal and replacement of water damaged internal roof linings, and removal and replacement of internal lights.
