MidCoast Council is seeking a supplier for on-site shredding, grinding, screening and processing of garden and green waste organics at its Waste Management Centres in Tuncurry, Tea Gardens, Gloucester, Bulahdelah and Stroud. The contractor will process accumulated green waste into the Product Grades specified in the tender documents and form separate, safe and surveyable stockpiles or windrows, with accepted processed material measured by Council or its appointed survey provider using drone surveying and Council’s Propeller platform. Pricing is based on an all-inclusive rate per accepted surveyed cubic metre for each Facility and Product Grade. The proposed contract term is two years with three optional one-year extensions.
