Port of Melbourne is seeking suitably qualified contractors to participate in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to replace the existing Holden Dock gangway with a newly procured hydraulic gangway. The ECI phase will support development of construction methodologies, program optimisation, risk mitigation strategies and delivery planning for the gangway replacement.
