Banyule City Council is seeking suitably qualified and capable contractors to refurbish and extend the Ivanhoe Croquet Club clubhouse at 132 Lower Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe East VIC 3079. The project involves mobilisation and site establishment, set out of works and all construction works as per design drawings and specification, including lifting the existing clubhouse, refurbishment of the kitchen, social space and amenities, a new social room extension, new deck, ramp and stairs and a new storage shed, together with liaison with authorities, locating and protecting underground and above‑ground services, compliance with Council and statutory safety requirements and site clean-up.
