About

The City of Boroondara is seeking a supplier to procure bin lids, provide replacement bins where applicable, and perform the changeover at associated residential properties to replace body‑coloured general waste bin lids with red lids to meet the Victorian Government’s Circular Economy (Waste Reduction and Recycling) Act 2021 standardisation requirements. Boroondara is in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs, 5–10 kilometres east of the CBD.
