About

Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a supplier for bulk road transport of kerbside commingled recyclables from a Council-nominated Loading Point within the Central Highlands Region to a Council-nominated Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) or transfer facility for the 2026–2028 period. At commencement the Loading Point will be Cleanaway Emerald Depot, 23 Cotton View Road, Emerald QLD 4720. Tenderers must provide all labour, vehicles, trailers, containers, equipment, fuel, licences, insurances and associated resources to safely, lawfully and efficiently collect loaded vehicles or containers, perform line-haul transport, unload at the nominated destination, return empty equipment, and supply weighbridge documentation and monthly reporting.
