The Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games is seeking suitably qualified café and hospitality operators to lease and operate the existing café facility at Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct, 80 Currimundi Road, Currimundi QLD. An optional site inspection and industry briefing will be held at the precinct on Tuesday 15 September 2026 from 9:30–10:30am; attendees must register by emailing [email protected] with the names of no more than three personnel by 10:00am Monday 14 September 2026. Information from the briefing or inspection that may affect submissions will be communicated to all respondents. The expression of interest closes on 02 October 2026 at 11:00am (Brisbane time).
