Liquor & Gaming NSW is seeking suppliers for a contemporary licensing and regulatory management solution to replace its end-of-life licensing platform. The solution should support the end-to-end licensing lifecycle including applications, renewals, approvals, payments, compliance, regulatory decision-making, reporting and customer self-service, and may be proposed as platform software, implementation services, managed services or an end-to-end offering. Required services can include solution design, configuration, customisation, integration, data migration, testing, training, change management, deployment and ongoing support. The future platform must support multiple licensing schemes, high transaction volumes, secure management of active and historical records, workflow automation, reporting and analytics, and integration with existing government, enterprise and third-party systems. Respondents should describe capabilities, implementation approach, security and privacy features, operating model options, support arrangements, commercial models and whole-of-life costs, with particular interest in scalable, configurable solutions that enable automation, interoperability and AI-enabled capabilities while reducing operational complexity and supporting efficient regulatory service delivery.
