Services Australia is seeking a supplier for long-term leased office accommodation in Brunswick Heads, NSW, for premises of 450 to 600 square metres NLA of high-quality, air-conditioned, carpeted customer service delivery space. Preference is for ground-floor premises or a ground-floor component with a minimum net lettable area of 400 m². The site should provide a minimum of eight car parking bays (highly desirable), including two secured and covered staff bays and six customer bays with two accessible bays on ground level near the entrance, with an optional additional five customer bays considered if available. Location must be within the suburbs of Brunswick Heads, New Brighton, Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach or Mullumbimby and situated in commercial or retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking. The lease term options are either seven years with two three-year options or ten years with two three-year options. Premises may be existing or a build in progress that can meet the required timeframes, and must meet a minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design standard per the Property Council of Australia’s guide. Note the total area may be varied by plus or minus 15% at the agency’s discretion.
