About

The Department of Defence is seeking a suitably experienced and capable party to enter into a Grazing Licence for Yuruga, a Defence Estate property at RAAF Base Wagga, NSW, for the period 01 Dec 2026 to 31 Jan 2029. The licence will establish a managed grazing arrangement to support ongoing land management by reducing bushfire hazards and overall fuel loads (including grasses), supporting weed management and reduction of weed seed banks, and reducing Defence's requirement to undertake separate land and bushfire hazard mitigation work.
