Daily Health Check must be started and anomalies raised/assigned by 5:15 am AWST Mon–Fri (excl WA public holidays) and is included in the fixed Tier 1 charge (no after-hours uplift allowed).

All personnel must be Australian citizens and eligible for Baseline security clearance where required; seller bears costs to obtain/maintain clearances.

Tier boundary disputes: obtain NOPSEMA determination before doing work to avoid being unpaid (work must be approved as Tier 2/3 before undertaking).
