About
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a supplier to join a panel of suitably qualified contractors to deliver minor construction, refurbishment, repair, installation and associated trade services across its owned and managed assets. The panel will provide a flexible procurement mechanism to engage pre-qualified suppliers for minor works activities valued at up to $250,000 (including GST) per engagement across a diverse range of Council facilities, including community buildings, sporting and recreational facilities, parks, depots, commercial properties, heritage assets and public amenities. Contractors are required to provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, permits and associated resources necessary to complete assigned works. The panel will support Council asset management, service delivery and capital works objectives by ensuring timely access to capable contractors and improving procurement efficiency.
