Tender: Mobile CCTV System and Optional Control Room Trailer for Lakemba Nights Ramadan 2027
Released 1 day ago
About
Council is seeking a supplier for a mobile CCTV system and optional operations trailer for Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2027. Respondents should be electronics security companies able to provide temporary/mobile surveillance and security equipment including CCTV cameras, control room set ups and a control room trailer. A compulsory site briefing will be held Thursday 22 October between 8am and 9am at the Railway Reserve (corner of Haldon Street and The Boulevarde, near the colourful chairs) and registration is required via [email protected] to receive commercial-in-confidence information. A full description of services required is set out in Section 3 of the Request and draft site plans are available for initial understanding; draft maps of CCTV camera and trailer locations (commercial in confidence) will be provided at the compulsory site visit. Site plans and surveillance camera locations will be finalised in November once the traffic management plan, hostile vehicle mitigation plan and risk assessment are completed, so the quote should allow for a scalable CCTV system.
This opportunity is suited to electronics security firms experienced in temporary/mobile surveillance and control room trailer deployments; key considerations include mandatory attendance and registration for the compulsory site briefing to obtain commercial-in-confidence location maps, and the need to supply a scalable solution that can be adjusted when camera locations and related traffic and security plans are finalised in November.
