Council is seeking a supplier to coordinate and supervise a mobile graffiti removal service with qualified, experienced personnel, appropriate licences and permits, and a vehicle stocked with equipment, plant and materials for graffiti removal. The service must assess and determine best removal methods; sell and deliver graffiti removal products to the Council Works Depot; train volunteers in safe product use; provide painting/spray painting and colour matching/tinting; apply suitable removal applications and anti-graffiti coatings; operate a hot water pressure cleaner and a water recovery unit to contain and recover run-off; work from height using appropriate equipment and permits; provide monthly reporting of square metres of graffiti removed; and record and maintain JPEG before-and-after images with, on request, a brief description of services, date and time, latitude/longitude and a unique image name.
