About
Navy Training Authority Initial Training Leadership and Management (TA-ITLM) is seeking a supplier to develop and deliver the Navy Way Point program to complement the Navy Senior Leadership Program and other career professional development offerings. The reality-based, highly interactive five-day course for up to 24 participants will focus on practical exercises drawn from real-world scenarios to build strategic comprehension, thinking and communication skills, and the behaviours needed to operate effectively as a commander or senior staff officer in Joint, Defence and Whole-of-Australian-Government (WoAG) teams. The program should provide influential Joint and WoAG options that support Government strategic objectives and include a broad range of highly experienced presenters from across the national security spectrum; delivery will take place in Canberra once per calendar year in Q2 (April–June).
