About

The ODPP is seeking external legal education designers to finalise and support the rollout of its Role-Mapped Training Program, including reviewing and redrafting learning outcomes, redesigning modules to increase experiential learning (e.g., mock hearings, interactive role plays, guided debriefs, scenario-based face-to-face learning), uplifting units using best-practice adult learning principles, and producing educational content with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate e-learning or similar tools. The engagement includes advising on integrating existing programs, designing an instructor-led training timetable, weaving self-reflection and wellbeing skills throughout the programs, collaborating with ODPP Learning and Development to configure content in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, identifying training content suitable for external providers (particularly for legal support roles), and supporting pilot testing, phased rollout, evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
