About
NEMA is seeking a supplier for off-grid diesel power generation, fuel storage and ancillary electrical distribution equipment to support its two off-grid soft shelter (tent) camps as part of Australian Government-owned assets. Each camp is designed to accommodate 100 people and includes 7 x 54m2 accommodation tents, 6 x 36m2 accommodation tents, internal and external lighting, climate control and water pumps, a toilet block and a shower block, and may include a meeting/mess tent. The procurement covers safe off-grid electrical power, cabling and distribution for deployment to austere locations with limited access to trades; suppliers should provide generator sets in the 200 to 250 kVA range, synchronisation boxes, mains distribution box(es) with three-phase and single-phase (230 V) outlets, and shielded power cables.
