Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) is seeking a supplier for online medical forms to support its Fitness to Drive program (Request for Proposal, RFP ID WS5682184941). Tenderers must register interest by emailing [email protected] and include the RFP number and title, RFP ID, organisation name, ACN/ABN, contact name, organisation/contact postal address, contact email address (preferably with the contact's name) and contact phone number to gain access to the RFP sourcing event in ARIBA. Access to the online sourcing event requires a PC using a supported browser (Google Chrome 54+ 64‑bit, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 32‑bit, Mozilla Firefox 24 or 27 ESR, Safari 9+ 64‑bit, or Microsoft Edge 32‑bit). Tenderers are required to submit a correctly signed Confidentiality Deed Poll (CDP) for TfNSW review and acceptance before receiving access to RFP documentation in ARIBA.
