About

Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a supplier for operational, management, labour, consulting and administrative services to support the continued operation, management and administration of the Emerald Saleyards. Council seeks a flexible, capable arrangement that maintains safe, compliant and reliable operations while supporting operational continuity, governance uplift and readiness for a future operating model. The proposed contract commences 15 August 2026 for an initial 12-month term with two optional three-month extensions exercisable at Council’s sole discretion.
