The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking a supplier for the Parliament House Carpet Replacement Project, comprising the supply, manufacture, delivery and installation of bespoke broadloom carpet within the heritage-listed Parliament House, together with furniture removal, relocation, temporary storage, protection and reinstatement services necessary to facilitate the carpet replacement works. The project is divided into two parts; Tender Package 1 (Part 1) covers carpet supply and installation and includes site verification and measurement, design development for the bespoke carpet pattern, provision of samples for approval, preparation of shop drawings and seam-location drawings, removal and disposal of existing carpet and associated materials, and supply and installation of the approved product as set out in the tender documentation.
