Extensive testing, compaction and proof rolling obligations (NATA lab for compaction testing, frequent lot testing and hold points); contractor bears testing costs unless specified otherwise.

Stabilisation with lime/cement has strict max allowable working times and trial/quality regimes; mix designs and binder spreading rates must be presented and approved prior to starting.
