Watch out for6

Stage 1 must include many HOLD POINT reviews (e.g. Basis of Analysis review two weeks, tailwater rating curve Hold Point) and an 8-week review allowance by HT/expert reviewer — factor these into programme

Stage 2 investigations are provisional: Stage 1 must provide provisional sums and detailed scope to enable pricing and Stage 2 is rates-based/do-and-charge

Low-level outlets currently non-functional; no dewatering capacity at Pine Tier — will be a significant ALARP consideration in Stage 3
