About

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood is seeking a supplier for planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC chillers, fluid coolers and cooling towers at its Perth Processing Centre to support temperature control for the manufacturing, testing and distribution of blood and blood products and the comfort of staff. The tender requires ongoing preventative maintenance inspections and servicing to ensure short- and long-term reliability and safety, to minimise faults, damage and breakdowns and to maximise equipment life, delivered in accordance with AS 3666, AIRAH DA19 Appendix A (A7 & A12) and other relevant standards; the successful supplier must identify equipment-related issues, notify Lifeblood of findings and provide expert accredited and trained technical expertise.
